The aim was to take an existing 3 bedroom home and turn it into a more valuable, better-planned and guest-ready 5 bedroom Airbnb property.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      Instead of treating the work as one small upgrade, the property required a full transformation. KWS Builders supported the project through multiple building services, including a loft conversion, single and double storey rear extension work, open-plan kitchen formation, wet underfloor heating, garage conversion and final decorative finishes.\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>\r\n      For a short-stay or Airbnb-style property, the layout has to work harder than a normal family home.
