When you complete a quote request form, contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or otherwise enquire about our services, we may collect:

- Your preferred method of contact
- Photographs, drawings, plans or other documents you choose to send us

When you visit our website, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect:

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we never will.

- Our web hosting provider — Hostinger hosts our website and the database in which website enquiries are stored.
- Google — we use Google Forms and Google Sheets to receive and manage quote requests, Google Analytics to understand website usage, Google Ads to measure advertising, and Google Maps to display our location.
- Meta Platforms — where you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and number are processed by WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by their own privacy policy.
- Our email provider — enquiry notifications are delivered to our business email account.
- Subcontractors and trades — where your project requires it, we share the minimum necessary information (typically name, address and access arrangements) with the trades working on your property.
- Suppliers and merchants — where materials must be delivered to your property.
- Professional advisers — our accountant, insurers and, if needed, legal advisers.
- Building control, planning authorities and regulators — where your project requires approvals or inspections.
- Public authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
All third parties acting on our behalf are required to keep your data secure and to process it only on our instructions.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers, including Google and Meta, may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law — such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
